Good afternoon:
- The Choir members will be able to get into the choir loft at 6 pm to start rehearsal.
- Those who are not setting for liturgy will not be able to get into the church until approximately 6:20 pm. You can wait in the courtyard while the seats are re-positioned.
- Those setting up for the social may not be able to set up until closer to 6:30 pm.
- If you can help set up, please see Jeff or Robert.
- We will start the liturgy as soon as possible. Details from St. John's are below:
We received notice from Fr. Graeme, the rector at St. John's, the performance of Romeo & Juliet staged in the garden and the church was to be two hours long.
In fact it is more like three hours.Sunday's performance begins at 3pm and will end at about 6pm. As soon as it is finished Dignity singers can rehearse in the loft.During that rehearsal the church will be 'turned round' back to normal seating. That may take 20 mins or so. Please forgive if it takes longer. Dignity worshippers are, of course, very welcome to be in the courtyard while the turn-around is being affected. The actors will be changing in the gallery. They should be gone from there by 6.30pm, but perhaps not before. They can move to the gallery the chairs they were using in the courtyard (and not put them away).
