2022 ELECTIONS NOTICE

Our community received the DignityUSA President's Award at the DignityUSA 25th Conference in San Diego, CA (July 8- 10, 2022). Thank you to everyone who made this possible!

Saturday, June 25, 2022, 6:30 pm - Pride Liturgy and BBQ Social following liturgy at St. John’s in the Village Church and broadcast on Zoom (see worship aid on www.dignityny.org for Zoom details). Church is at 218 West 11th St. DignityNY t-shirts will be given out after the liturgy.

Sunday, June 26, 2022, Witness on the sidewalk in front St. Patrick’s Cathedral - Meet at 9:45 am at the corner of Fifth Ave and 51st St. We will sing and pray from 10 am to 10:30 am. We hop on subway to get in line for NYC Pride March.

Dear Members and Friends of Dignity/New York,

Happy Birthday to us! In 2022, we celebrate the 50th anniversary of our community. In this Pride season, we certainly have much to be proud of: 50 years of support, worship, and witness. 50 years of working for equality and inclusion for LGBTQI people in the Catholic Church and beyond. 50 years of activism within the broader LGBTQI movement, through the height of the AIDS epidemic, the fight for our civil rights, and the struggle for marriage equality.
